  1. For Chernobyl Center for Nuclear Safety, Radioactive Waste Management and Radioecology (Slavutich, Ukraine). Training and consultancy in the use of FIDIC model contract conditions, quality and safety management as part of project management (2004 - ongoing).

  2. For Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station (Slavutich, Ukraine). Training and consultancy in the use of FIDIC model contract conditions, quality and safety management as part of project management (2003 - ongoing). Client: international PMU.

  3. For ElectroSetStroy group of companies - major contractors in the NW region of Russia. Development of company in-house project management systems (2003 - ongoing).

  4. For AO Lenco - architect and consulting engineer (St. Petersburg). Development of company in-house project management system (2003 - ongoing).

  5. For TRANSSTROY Corporation, one of the biggest Russian contractors. Training in international procurement and standard international contract conditions for the company staff. Consultancy services in adaptation and use of FIDIC model contract conditions in international construction projects underway in India, Syria and Kazakhstan, including disputes adjudication (2000 - ongoing).

  6. For KazakhOil Aktobe (Aktobe, Kazakhsnan). Consulting on procurement for major international project, adaptation of FIDIC model contract conditions (New Yellow book) to the requirement of the project (2004).

  7. For the Surgut Municipal Administration (Siberia) and the Surgut Regional Pricing Center. Development of the regulating documents establishing procedures for municipal procurement and competitive tendering for works, services and supplies, and training of the responsible staff (2001 - 2003).

  8. EBRD contract for the water sector of St. Petersburg: Assistance to Project Management Unit (PMU) of St. Petersburg Water Authority (in cooperation with Mott MacDonald) (2000-2003).

  9. For the GOSSTROY of the Russian Federation (Russian Federal Committee for Construction and Public Utilities). Providing advisory services for the development of standard conditions of contracts for federal procurement projects (2000 - 2003).

  10. For the Municipal Administration of Velikhy Novgorod. Development and implementation of the quality management system for the public services in land allocation, city planning and construction permits (2000 - 2002).

  11. For the OAO "SurgutNefteGaz" oil company - Adaptation of FIDIC model conditions of contract (New Yellow book) to Russian legislation and project requirements (2001).

  12. Construction wastes handling and utilization in St. Petersburg and NW region of Russia - legislation, current situation and good practices (2001). Client: Ministry of Environment of Finland.

  13. British Know-How Fund environmental project in Velikhy Novgorod (2000). In cooperation with Severn Trent Water International and Novgorod Water Authority (Vodocanal).

  14. TASIS BISTRO training project in Velikhy Novgorod (1999-2000). Training for the City Administration and personnel of the City Centre for investment support and project management. Needs analysis and development of training programme for the City Administration in assessment of investment projects, international procurement methods, project life cycle and project implementation, International contract conditions, health and safety requirements and quality management. Business planning for the City Centre for Investment Support and Project Management.

  15. EBRD/Know-How Fund project for the water sector of St. Petersburg (1998-2001). Assistance in development of the corporate development plan for St. Petersburg Vodocanal (in cooperation with Mott MacDonald and Severn Trent Water International).

  16. INCO-COPERNICUS (EU-funded) EASTCON 2000 research project (1998-2000). Subject of research - Modernisation of the construction industries in Russia and Poland: policy conditions and organisational initiatives for a successful transition toward a market economy. (under supervision and in cooperation with The Tavistock Institute (London).

  17. EBRD/SIDA project for the water sector of St. Petersburg (1996-1998). Industrial waste minimisation in St. Petersburg (in cooperation with SWECO).

  18. EBRD/Know-How Fund project for the water sector of St. Petersburg (1996-1997). Assistance to St. Petersburg Water Authority (Vodocanal) in their development of short and mid term investment programmes (in cooperation with Mott MacDonald and Severn Trent Water International).
    StPCP was involved in the following areas:

  19. The number of the British Know How Fund TIPS projects (1995-1997). Training for Russian managers of the newly emerged local industrial enterprises and joint ventures, as well as branches of Western companies in St. Petersburg, such as Miller Russia, Ove Arup, Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick.

  20. Know How Fund TACL project (1996). Development of two academic modules for post-graduate students of the Russian civil engineering universities (in collaboration with UMIST).

  21. Two Know How Fund REAP projects (1997-2000). Extension of TACL, development of 4 more modules for post-graduate students of civil engineering universities (in collaboration with UMIST and University of Strathclyde).

  22. TACIS Contract NR KU.93.01.02.01/B001 (1995). This project, valued at US$ 400 000, was to provide distance learning in the management of projects and construction companies within Russia. The project was undertaken from St. Petersburg and involved managers from Penza, Petrozavodsk and Cheliabynsk. Three original course books were produced as part of the project on western management practices and how they may be applied to projects and companies in Russia. The books are in English and Russian and have been used effectively ever since their production in 1995.

  23. TACIS Contract NR WW.93.07.01.01/B012 (1995). This project was to train Russian professionals to become trainers in the management disciplines relating to construction projects and companies. TACIS Contract NR RU.93.01.02.03/B003 - an extension to the previous successfully completed distance learning project. It was designed to increase the volume and scope of course books and to involve additional centers for training in North-West Russia.

  24. TACIS (EU-funded) Contract NR WW.91.05.01.01/8001 (1994-1995). Management training for 50 professional managers from the construction and utility industries of St. Petersburg.
